Protection of privacy

We make it a point of honour to comply with the regulations on the protection of personal data, mainly the Belgian law of 8 December 1992 and the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (entered into force on 25 May 2018) known as the "RGPD Regulation". In the context of the online purchase of tickets, certain personal data relating to you are collected directly from you by the organiser concerned (the "data controller"), whose contact details can be found at the bottom of this page. The processing of these data is necessary for the performance of the agreement, namely the purchase of tickets. The organiser also considers that it can send you information on other shows and events (newsletter), insofar as this corresponds to its legitimate interests within the meaning of the aforementioned Regulation. In particular, for the purpose of setting up loyalty programmes, your data will be kept for an indefinite period of time unless you exercise your right to be forgotten (see below). In order to protect your personal data, we have implemented measures that comply with the latest developments in computer security protocols. In the context of privacy protection, you have the following rights

To exercise these rights, simply send an e-mail to the address . If you have a problem, you can also lodge a complaint with the Commission for the Protection of Privacy. Finally, we will keep you informed of any substantial changes to our privacy policy as described above.
